Qa/Qc Supervisor

**Overview**:
We're looking for a skilled QA/QC Supervisor to ensure the quality and compliance of our garment manufacturing processes. You'll oversee quality control procedures, implement standards, and drive improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues
- Train and supervise QA/QC staff
- Analyze quality data and trends
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Formulate and create strategies to increase productivity and quality
- Review the process to ensure that the QC is working in accordance with the established SOPs and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3 years of experience in garment QA/QC
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
