Has the main task of planning the quality assurance procedure of a product or service.
Evaluating the adequacy of quality assurance standards
Design sample procedures and instructions to record and report quality data
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems to ensure they are running according to plan, carrying out and monitoring material, and conducting tests and inspections to ensure the quality of the finished product.
Document internal audit and other quality assurance activities
Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective actions in the quality system
Prepare reports to communicate the results of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Manage and inspect risk management activities.
