We are seeking meticulous Manual Quality Assurance Testers with a passion for detail and a knack for innovative software testing approaches. **Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the QA Manager and development team to establish and maintain efficient testing infrastructure within the organization.
Generate detailed test reports and performance analyses to evaluate product quality effectively.
Participate actively in the entire software development life cycle, contributing insights and feedback for new features and functionalities.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in testing technologies and methodologies.
Identify, document, and communicate defects and bugs to the development team for resolution.
Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts based on user stories and requirements.
Track defects and assist in troubleshooting errors throughout the development process.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on schedule.
Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product readiness.
Contribute to first-level support via an automated ticketing system.
Embrace the ethos of "breaking things" to uncover vulnerabilities and improve software robustness.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and experience with bug-tracking systems.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Attention to detail, adherence to test plans and scripts, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in travel system development would be advantageous.
**Familiarity with the following technologies is preferred**: Python, MariaDB, Docker, GitHub, including Pull Requests and Peer Reviews, and Playwright
