**About the job QA Tester/Lead (IT Consulting)**:
We are currently assisting on behalf of our clients, an IT Consulting company looking for a QA Tester/Lead roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications.
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
- Performing manual and automated testing as needed, and continuously improving testing processes.
- Conducting regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Participating in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Providing feedback to improve software design and user experience.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of testing documentation.
- Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Software QA Engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with test automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
