Qc Manager (Automotive)

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Lead the QC team in conducting inspections, tests, and audits to assess product quality and adherence to specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, scrap rates, and customer complaints, to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of QC team members and other stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry requirements, such as ISO 9001 and automotive quality management systems.- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, to optimise quality control processes and enhance efficiency.- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.- Experience in the **automotive** or **electric vehicle industry** is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA).- Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.- Willing to be placed in **Semarang, Central Java.**Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tuban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Quality Control: 6 years (required)
