Qc Manager (Fresh Product) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:- In charge of quality control of fresh products in all processes (Inbound, inventory, outbond) and determine the quality of fresh products (Fruits and vegetables)- Establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety- Communicate potential issues or improvement opportunities to Operations/Operations Excellence/Maintenance/Project team- Create strategic plans for tracing and improving quality of service based on demands**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Agribusiness or related discipline- Experience of Quality / QA / QC of fresh products (Fruits or vegetables)- Minimum of 3 years as Quality Assurance- Supervisor or related role in a produce processing facility- Able to operate basic functions of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel- Organised and motivated, with a passion for achieving high quality standards- Exposure to Fresh Produce / Fresh Food / Short shelf life products- Have good leadership skill- Able to collaborate with team and stakeholders- High mobility occupation- Excellent team management ability, approachable & encouraging- A professional, motivated, and personable manner- Able to work under pressure- Have a background from Start-up industry is preferred- Willing to work in Warehouse (Jakarta/Tangerang)Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
