**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the QC team in conducting inspections, tests, and audits to assess product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, scrap rates, and customer complaints, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of QC team members and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry requirements, such as ISO 9001 and automotive quality management systems.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, to optimise quality control processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in the **automotive** or **electric vehicle industry** is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Willing to be placed in **Semarang, Central Java.**

Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Quality Control: 6 years (required)
