How You Will Achieve It
- Perform microbiological testing of raw material, products, stability samples, in accordance with approved procedures and test methods, and record the test results in timely manner.
- Perform microbiological sampling and testing of water samples, following approved schedule and procedures, and record the test results in timely manner.
- Perform microbiological sampling and testing of environmental monitoring, following approved schedule and procedures, and record the test results in timely manner.
- Perform maintenance of reference working culture in accordance with the approved procedures.
- Support equipment/instrument calibration and qualification in QC Micro Laboratory.
- Support execution of method validation/verification in QC Micro Laboratory.
- Prepare annual product review data from QC Micro Laboratory.
- Assist QC Micro Supervisor or QC Manager in laboratory investigation in case of out of specification.
- Monitor that all required equipment, reagents, reference standard, media, stock culture and lab supplies are always available in adequate quantity and utilized in accordance with procedures.
- Prepare equipment, reagent, media, and other supplies to be used in testing.
- Ensure all reagents, media, reference cultures, reference standards, bio-indicator are valid and stored according to requirement.
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated and in a good condition before use.
- Develop or revise SOP or test procedures in QC Microbiology Lab, if necessary.
- Maintain Microbiology Lab area and facilities in a clean, orderly, and operational state.
- Input data trend for environmental and utility monitoring
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Graduate from Vocational School/Academy (D1/D3) in Chemical Science/Engineering and Analytical Chemistry
- Good working knowledge of common laboratory databases
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Good analytical thinking and high-level integrity
- Able to work well either as an individual or as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Diploma in Microbiology science
- Experience in microbiology laboratory in pharmaceutical company.
