Manage and improve control in all processes in/related to Ops Support- Reviewing and monitoring existing activities/processes, SOP, policies in Ops Support (QC, DE), and other processes related to other teams/units- Monitoring process of Growth and Campaign related.**Requirements**:- Min. have Bachelor's degree- Attention to detail- Must be able to work independently and as a team- Good communication skills- Minimal 1 year of experience in Promo and Campaign (preferable)- Minimal 1 year of experience in QC (preferable)
