Qc Staff For Electrical Products

**Job Description**:

- Main job desk for this position to handle customer claim.
- Analyze, check and investigate complaints from all sources/panels
- Actively give ideas and improvements regarding of QA improvements (Regarding of the standard of operating procedurs, work flows, etc)
- Customer services activities either in calls, whatsapp process, etc

Requirement:

- Female, age 24-35 years old
- SMK(had an 3 years kenshusei in Japan) or D3 majoring chemical/electrical/industrial/mechanical engineering.
- Experience as Quality Assurance in manufacture company over 2 years. Good knowledge of Quality and production process.
- Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written. Japanese language is preferred(JLPT N3/N4 level).
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)

**Salary**: Up to Rp7,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)

**Experience**:

- QA position at Manufacturing companies: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese JLPT N3/N4 level (required)
- English Pre Intermediate (required)

License/Certification:

- Training certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001 (required)
