**You'll make an impact by**:
- ** Quality & EHS Management and Improvement**: Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality & EHS programs at a site or country level, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.
- ** Quality & EHS Compliance and Communication**: Enforce Quality & EHS policies, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster effective communication with site management and local authorities.
- ** Processes and Integrated Management System (IMS)**: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of established processes and the Integrated Management System (IMS) while leading local process owner teams.
- ** Customer Satisfaction, Processes, and Performance Improvement (CIP)**: Propose measures to improve customer satisfaction, processes, and performance.
- ** Non-conformance Reporting (NCR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**: Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes, track site performance using KPIs, and collaborate with site managers on monthly reviews.
- Risk Management, Training and Support, Internal and External Audits, Budget, Standards, External Partners, Dangerous Goods, Direct Leadership, and Emergency Organization.
**Your defining qualities**
- 10+ years experience in EHS field
- Degree in Environment or electrical engineering
- Strong leadership
- Knowledge in hazardous, dangerous waste
- SMK3 Auditor certified would be an advantage
- Able to work under Fixed term contract for 1 year
