Qs Staff - High Rise

**Job Descriptions**:

- Analyzing the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders
- Preparing tender documents (RAB approval, P3, Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison)
- Controls the budget and analyzes the cost benefits for all aspects of the work
- Tracks any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection
- Prepares and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in High Rise Building (QS ME / QS Civil)
- Computer literate (Ms. Office and AutoCAD)
- Analytical & logical thinking skill
- Accurate and competent in estimation
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
