Join us as a Quality and Operational Excellence Manager for the Electrification Business Area where you will be deploying and leading the quality strategy for a local ABB organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager ELDS &CD-EL and this position is based in Tangerang or Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Deploying and leading strategy, objectives, and targets for Quality Management in line with the Quality Management System, Sales Processes, Quality Policy and local strategy
- Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to the quality management
- Collaborating and agreeing with the local management team, implementing short, medium
- and long-term strategy, activities and planning to develop the Quality Management System
- Performing audits and ensuring the use of analytics of quality data from all parts of the organization to identify risks, failures and non-conformances
- Driving the vision for zero-defects and establishing mechanisms to ensure that requirements from ABB, customers and stakeholders can be fulfilled, focusing on prevention rather than only control
- Partnering with local functions to ensure voice-of-the-customer and professional quality management concepts are used to ensure best possible product and process design quality
- Assisting the organization in achieving desired strategic and operational results through the means of the quality management system
- Ensuring effective and efficient review of Quality Management System by local leadership to sustain its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and aligning with the strategic direction of the organization and to identify opportunities for improvement
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree with min. 5-8 years of experience in related area
- Minimum Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Preferably has experience in Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
- Preferably Graduate of Operational Excellence Program or Inside Edge or equivalent
- Experience working with White and Blue Collar
