**THE ROLE**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented, fully remote, **Quality Assurance Analyst** for this contractor role with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps technology to join our QA team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps projects
- Collaborate with the development team and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
- Perform end-to-end testing of business processes within Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps environments
- Utilize appropriate testing tools and methodologies to execute test cases efficiently and effectively
- Document test results, track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during the testing phase
- Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the QA team to improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps testing
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a QA Tester, preferably working with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps technology
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test data for various software development projects
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps Portals and their components is a MUST (e.g., entities, workflows, forms, views, plugins)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TFS, JIRA, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics or Power Apps certification is a plus
- Experience with public or corrections clients is a plus
- **MUST be based in SE Asia**

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp31,000,000 per month
