Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or associate's with experience in the field is more prefered.
- 5 years experience in the same field.
- Excellent both written and oral Comunication Skill.
- Good/ abality to analyze data, create, review product industry and processes.
- Adaptable in any situation & ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have a good command of quality acceptance criteria and convince the production manager about the importance of product quality, is a must.
- Professional demeanor and proactive approach is a must.
- Good team player who can work efficiently with mínimal supervision, Responsible & Dicipline.
- Strong organizational Strong leadership, & Strong Negotiating Skills.
- Willing to be place in any work area.
- Design, Implement, & Improve company Quality Standard.
- Analyze data to find an area for growth and improve.
- Involved in recruitment Process.
- Training/Coaching, motivating, and correcting employees to ensure the QC's employee are met company requirement.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
- Formulate and create strategies to increase productivity and quality.
- Review the process to ensure that the QC is working in accordance with the established SOPs and standards.
