Quality Assurance Engineer

Capability- Proficiency- SQL Query and Programming Languange (ASP.NET)*- Basic- Understand Client-Server, networking concept- Basic- IT Service management knowledge- Basic / Learn- Familiar with Report Development (SSRS) will be a plus- Basic- Business Process in Secondary Processing and Logistics will be a plus- Basic / Learn- Manufacturing System Knowledge will be a plus- Basic / Learn- Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Knowledge will be a plus- Basic / Learn- Communication in English, both written and verbal- Proficient- Availability- Service hour: (on-site)- Working Hours 08:00-17:00- Working Days Mon - Fri- Service hour: (standby on call) (*On-site support will be provided in the case of urgent/critical situation)- Non-Working Days (Sat - Sun)- Non-Working Days (Holidays)- Scope of Work- Understand Business process of Manufacturing: Secondary, Primary, Quality and Logistics- Liaise with business users and both local and central project/support teams to deliver project needs- Assist on installation, configuration and deployment of Manufacturing Systems: iMEL,- PCC, AMCS, Inexto, Palletizer, and other IT systems in the scope of the project- Perform Computerized System Validation (CSV) documentation activities for deployment project and during system lifecycle- Perform and assist Internal Functional/Integration Testing and UAT- Create Knowledge Based Documentation for Run and Support- Anticipate issues and act proactively to address any potential issues follows IT service management principle during post deployment period- Perform adhoc support after office hour including holiday if necessary, in case of particular requirement, or critical issue/incident- Asking prior confirmation and permission to PIC/other relevant function for any use of tools/materials which protected by intellectual property rights
