**Responsibilities**
- Lead the test strategy and planning
- Execute and analyze test execution, including both manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust documentation, automation, and defect management
- Engage in continuous learning, staying current with the latest industry standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the team, being a key decision-maker.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, performance, and security testing
- Leadership and mentorship abilities, contributing decisively to the team.
