**Executive, Operational Quality Assurance**
Main Responsibilities : OQA Executives is to assist the Operational Quality Assurance department on the responsibility for verifying, by monitoring and audit, compliance with the adequacy of the procedures necessary for the safe and cost-effective operation of all operational departments within PT.

Job Description:
- To report to the Head of Operational Quality Assurance for the establishment and maintenance of all quality assurance programs within PT.
Indonesia AirAsia that are required by ICAO, DGCA, and Company Policy, as well as the IOSA standards.- To assist the Operational Quality Assurance department in developing and maintaining the IOSA framework.- Ensures that the operational quality assurance elements of the Safety Management System are properly established, implemented, and maintained.- Provide general affairs assistance to the Operational Quality Assurance department to ensure all department operations of the Operational Quality Assurance department are operated as planned.- Liaise with the Operational Quality Manager managing all Audit events.- Liaise with the Operational Assurance Manager managing documents review.- Managing internal Operational Quality Assurance Department and auditors regular meetings.- Liaise with GOQA, DGCA and other audit agencies shall there be an update of regulation or requirement.- To assist the Operational Quality Assurance Department as a point of contact to external parties.- Keeping the records and monitoring the open items process on all Minutes of Meeting for the Operational Quality Assurance Department.- Assist Head of Operational Quality Assurance to arrange periodic quality assurance evaluation meetings with relevant post holders, to review status, results, policies, procedures, and obtain agreement on actions for the maintenance and development of overall quality assurance.- To conduct other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Head of Operational Quality Assurance.
Requirement:
- Have good behavior and a positive attitude.- Fit to the AirAsia Allstars culture.- Have knowledge in quality management systems.- Have knowledge of general airlines operations.- Good knowledge of Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR), international airline best practices, other regulations, and standards.- Good understanding and able to work with google calendar, google sheets, google docs, google slides, google form, data studio, or equivalent, such as microsoft office.
