**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts.
- Design, develop, execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases to locate bugs and regressions and ensure product quality is of a high standard
- Review product requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business users, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and promote a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Experience in API testing and integration with platforms such as e-commerce and insurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with SQL and scripting
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience with automated testing tools will be a plus
