What You Will Do
a. Reviewing and moderating user-generated content on various platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and content policies.
b. Identifying and addressing inappropriate or offensive content, including hate speech, violence, and graphic imagery.
c. Conducting detailed content analysis to maintain high-quality content standards.
d. Providing feedback and coaching to content moderators to improve their performance.
e. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize content moderation strategies.
f. Analyzing and reporting on content trends and potential risks to the management team.

What You Will Need
a. Minimal education D3/S1
b. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the required languages, with a strong understanding of grammar and language nuances.
c. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess content effectively.
d. Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and user-generated content.
e. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing high volumes of content efficiently.
f. Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in decision-making.
g. Understanding of cultural sensitivities and regional differences to ensure appropriate content evaluation.
h. Flexibility and adaptability to changing content trends and guidelines.
i. Previous experience in content moderation or quality assurance roles is a plus.
j. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using moderation tools and software.
