Come be a part of this journey!****BAT Indonesia** **IS LOOKING FOR An** **Internee****GRADE: Intern****JOB TITLE**:Manufacturing - Intern**FUNCTION: Manufacturing****SUB FUNCTION: Quality Assurance****CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia****ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**Support on several work process improvement (WPI) projects in Quality Assurance department**Reports to: Quality Compliance & Performance Mgr.****Geographic Scope**:Local**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Coordinating record management integration to be align with digitalization project- Responsible for the drive and implementation of simplification initiatives (WPIs)- Responsible to conduct training to SME and stakeholder, as well create the CBA (Current Best Approach) for simplification initiative**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor's degree (S1)- Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management- Intermediate excel skills- Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills- Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person**BENEFICIAL**- Opportunity to grow within Operations team and meet various stakeholder and gain extended knowledge.
