Quality Assurance Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

**Requirements & Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Have experience as QA Lead Minimum 2 years.
- Advanced technical knowledge, with hands-on in new and legacy computing architectures and environments (e.g., client/server, Web, Webservices, ETL).
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of QA strategy, process and bug tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Data warehouse, Data Lake and ETL.

- Katalon Studio: 1 year (preferred)
