Quality Assurance Officer

QA Officer will provide support and direction to all functions in respect of specific quality assurance/system elements to ensure business, quality and compliance goals meeting the J&J Standard. This person will also involve in product release, day to day QA activities and will ensure and maintain a state of inspection readiness.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead investigation process workflow to ensure adequate quality oversight during investigation process- Ensure timely closure of investigation report, CAPA and CAPA effectiveness check- Coordinate Validation Master Plan (VMP) by establishing annual VMP program and monitoring the schedule adherence- Establish Quality Standard for End to End Product Manufactured in IHI- Provide support to QA Team related with batch record review and product release- Participate in the Proactive Quality Program & process capability improvement and collaborate with the Quality Excellence team- To prepare documents and facilitates for audits/inspections. To monitor trends, identify issues, recommend and implement appropriate actions. To assist in the development, implementation and review of standard operating procedures.- To maintain quality records in an accurate approach and timely manner.- To assess current quality systems and recommend improvements in order to improve quality and reduce cycle time**Qualifications**- A Pharmacist graduates- Proven experience as Quality Assurance in manufacturing for at least 1-3 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)- Have good communication skills- Fluent in english (speaking & writing)- Have good knowledge and implementation experience with GMP**Primary Location**Indonesia-Jawa-Jakarta Raya-Jl.
