Quality Assurance (Qa) Officer

Conduct certification process monitoring to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Register, assist, follow up, and coordinate for complaint and appeals.
- Filing of improvements: processing of corrective actions with regard to the quality system.
- Verify and review the Quality system.
- Coordinate with other divisions in maintaining and reviewing the effectiveness of quality manuals (Procedure Manual, General Program Manual, and Specific Program Manual).
- Monitor the qualification of certification personnel to meet qualification criteria per standard requirements, along with the Scheme coordinator and certifier if needed.
- Comply with and implement the Occupational Health and Safety System and applicable company procedures, and carry out company risk prevention and opportunity attainment in accordance with applicable systems and procedures.

**Requirement**
- At least 3 years of working experience in the quality assurance field is required for this position.
- Have Knowledge of audits, inspections, and certifications would be preferred.
- Placement in Pemalang (preferable domicile in Pemalang).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pemalang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Quality Assurance Officer: 3 years (preferred)
