**Quality Assurance (QA) Tester**

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in integration testing, unit testing, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium).
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct integration testing to verify the interaction between different software components.
- Perform unit testing to validate individual units of code.
- Execute regression tests to identify and address any software defects.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
- Involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing. Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
- Assist the support team in checking and resolving issues reported by users and creating the test cases based on the software requirement specification document.
- Being responsible for software release process and ensuring the quality.
- Researching and analyzing product features that being tested and checking for user reports. Assisting the support team on checking the issues reported by users.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software meet the highest standards.
- Implement and maintain automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage, utilizing industry-standard testing tools.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and effective bug fixes.
- Plan and implement strategies for quality management, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Develop test cases based on software requirement specification documents to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Oversee the software release process, ensuring the highest level of quality before deployment.
- Research and analyze product features being tested, checking for user reports, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
