Quality Assurance Staff (Transaction Monitoring)

**What will you do**

Provide daily and ad-hoc data transaction monitoring
- Confirm service level and compliance of transaction (include service level and complaint).
- Collecting comprehensive information of complaint, abnormal and suspicious transaction.
- Report works result and significant issue to manager in timely manner.
- Documented significant issues based on confirmation by phone (record and photo).
- Perform supporting work to ensure transaction's data availability and accuracy.

**Job Specification**
- Minimum education, Diploma from any major
- Has Minimum 1 year experience in related field (Customer Servise or Call Center or Surveyor).
- Capable to operate Microsoft Office and Google Tools (Google Slide, Google Docs, and Google Sheet).
- Has knowledge of Used Car Industry or Automotive is a plus.
