amalan's and CekAja's goal is to provide consumers with the best financial solutions for all types of situations, from standard products like unsecured loans, insurance, credit cards and mortgages to custom tailored restructuring and refinancing solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Conducting call monitoring for Telesales agents.- Conducting product knowledge training.- Maintaining and updating the summary of banking and insurance products.- Create the script for banking, insurance and referral products.- Conduct coaching and refreshment training.- Analyzing case based on chronology and recording.- Create monthly Call Duration Report (CDR)- Create QA monthly report**Requirements**:- Min. Diploma degree from any fields.- Have min. 1 year experience in telesales, customer service or quality assurance- Have previous working experience from financial company will be a plus.- Have a training or teaching experience will be a plus.- Familiar with financial products, such as banking, insurance, multi-finance, etc.- Good communication skills.- Fast learner and able to work under pressure.- Detail oriented with good analytical thinking.- Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia.
