- Verify content accuracy and functionality.
- Conduct regular audits and tests.
- Check live items if they got all proper information.
- Compare with other websites.

**Additional Process**:

- Monitor and evaluate other business processes.
- Implement QA procedures across departments.

**Process Improvement**:

- Analyze trends and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Tech Savvy
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in QA tools; CMS and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
