Quality Control Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Implementing systems and procedures for Quality Department
- Responsible for Day today activities for Forging Inspection, such as Dimensional Inspection, UT Inspection, Hardness Inspection, MPI Inspection, and Dye Penetrate Inspection (DPI)
- Marking/Stamping Identification Inspection
- Responsible for controlling the work force in the shop floor for day-to-day Inspection
- Train operators and monitor the performance
- Control calibration of equipment
- Performance of testing equipment's to be closely monitored
- Handling Non-Conformance and taking corrective & preventive action
- Maintain Inspection records and reports in line with Customer / ISO requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy or equivalent
- NDE Qualified for Level 2 or above
- Experience in Ultrasonic Test (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI),
- Dye Penetration Inspection (DPI)
- Having knowledge in Heat Treatment Process
- Having knowledge about the Alloy Steel Materials and its composition
- Good knowledge in ISO Systems / Procedures

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
