**Job Requirement**:

- Coaching and monitoring Dept Collection
- Managing, Handling and Resolving customer complaints
- Prepare the materi for training based on needs
- Develop agent, do oberservation & analysist based on training result
- Bring good impact and positive vibes after coaching and training
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma degree in any field
- Have experience as QC & Trainer in Collection/CS/Etc
- Independent, initiative, and positive
- Good communication & negotiation

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp2.000.000 - Rp2.500.000 per bulan
