- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to provide input on product design for manufacturability and quality.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, quality standards, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training and mentoring quality control technicians and junior engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, statistical techniques, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Certification in Quality Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
