Responsible to incoming check and product releasing

Responsible to monitor quality of Lemonilo products

Responsible to handling non-conformity products, damaged products

Responsible to run accelerated shelf life test

Perform test on product's chemical properties (moisture content, pH, aw, etc)
**Education**: S1 Food Technology, Biology or Chemistry

Max age 30 years

Min experienced 1-2 years as Quality Control in Food Manufacture Industry

**Technical skills**: understand principle of product safety and quality, sampling methods, organoleptic test, HALAL, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000, deep understanding of production process

**Soft Skills**: good communication, initiative, responsibility, able to work with team or individual, problem solver, observative, and integrity
