**About work**????????**:
(1) as QC (Quality, Environment)
Handle quality (NG) Cases with high sense of Responsibility and Proactiveness
Quick Response to the customer for temporary actions, announcement to the supplier : NG Report (By Maker) and Arrangement of Sorting
Collaborate and Communicate with Customers and Makers to identify the cause (flow-out, occurrence) and determine the corrective actions
Handle cases such as customer survey requests and suppliers' process change requests.
Monitor the consistent quality of the goods
Work together both with customers and makers to get approvals for cases such as 4M changes and new projects.
(2) as MR (Management Representative)
Handle Internal/External Audits (working with accounting, sales, and shipping division)
Arrange documents and evidence; explain to auditor
Conduct corrective actions
Ensure the documents and actual activities are in line with the Headquarter's Manuals and ISO requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
Monitoring nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions
Periodic review on company's Procedures and Work Instructions
