Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.

Business level English.

Minimum 8 years experience as QA/QC function with 5 years as Assistant Manager level or 3 years as Manager level in Manufacturing company (Automotive).

Understanding of ISO.

Has good leadership skill.

Willing to be placed in Cibitung.

Tanggung Jawab

Manage matters related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), including maintenance of the quality management system and applicable certifications.

Monitor and supervise quality control, inspection and testing activities in the factory. Recommend and implement improvements when needed.

Updating quality criteria or checklists for inspection and creating quality standards for new part production.

Investigate and solve problems on all matters related to product quality and safety including customer complaints; provide technical advice for corrective actions and submit it to related departments and BOD.

Communicating with suppliers or external parties related to quality.

Conduct traceability practices and ensure product recall programs are fully implemented.

Conduct validation study activities and also prepare statistical data on product and process compliance performance.

Conduct training related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and correct checking techniques.

Ensuring that the quality assurance management system and occupational Health and Safety guidelines are implemented.

Perform other responsibilities assigned by Management/Superiors.
