Quality Control Supervisor
- Major in Fisheries and Marine Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Possess an SPI (Fish Processing Certificate) or an equivalent food safety skill certificate for fisheries product quality assurance, issued no later than 2019.
- Understand the handling processes of fishery products in accordance with Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures.
- Experience in the process of issuing SKP (Processing Feasibility Certificate).
- Responsible for designing quality guidelines for the implementation of Good Fish Processing Practices and fulfilling Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures requirements.
- Willing to travel for work assignments and be placed in the Maluku area.
