**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
As the Quality Head for our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a robust quality management system to meet industry regulations and exceed customer expectations. This position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality control processes within the oil and gas sector, coupled with effective leadership to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System aligned with industry standards and certifications. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product and service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce defects.
- Supplier Quality Management: Establish and maintain robust supplier quality management processes. Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the selection of high-quality vendors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure the company's compliance. Interface with regulatory bodies to address and resolve quality-related matters.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Training and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality workforce.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and drive data-driven decision-making within the quality department.

- Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Employer is a well-known company based in India that specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products and services primarily related to the oil and gas industry. Employer is having Subsidary office in Indonesia for the marketing of Oil Field Equipment in SOUTHEAST AISA ( SEA ) countries. They are into business for past 60 years, currently having 11 manufacturing units across India, USA and Germany.
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
