Overview:
Jhpiego seeks **QI Coordinators** to support an USAID MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery (MPHD) project in District/ City in MPHD areas. The post holder will have direct experience working within, or collaborating closely with, public and private sector health facilities especially in hospital and health providers in urban, peri-urban and rural settings in Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implementing the strategy of national workplan in to district implementation activities especially related to selected public and private facilities (RSUD, Private Hospital)
- Coordinate with Technical Team Leader and MNCH Specialist in ensuring the interventions of MPHD implement and adapt in hospital in district
- Provide technical assistance to ensure the implementation of Quality Improvement and collaborative Quality Improvement, including Hub and Spokes in hospitals
- Provide technical assistance to hospitals quality team in maintaining data collection, data review, analysis and data visualization
- Follow up action plan and the routine APKK and APKR in health facilities MPHD working area in district
- Close coordination and collaboration with district stakeholders including Health Facilities (spec. hospital), District Health Office, Professional Organization and other related stakeholders
- Coordinate with National team to process TOR and budget for district activities including meetings, workshops, launch/s etc.
- Provide documentation of all activities, activities report, meeting notes/ reports;
- Disseminate MPHD publications, protocols and other documents;
- Provide asistance in documentation process of ongoing activities and preparation of National reports;
- Support MEL team in maintain, updated database of all activities and routine data from MPHD facilities by giving technical assistance to hospital QI team
- Assist MEL in conducting related data collection of the project;
- Assist in communication, advocacy and coordination with stakeholders at the provincial and district levels for program sustainability in Provinces and districts between the government of MPHD

Required Qualifications:
- Clinical professional: general practitioner/midwife/nurse (preferable)
- At least 5 years of experiences working in the technical area of MNCH
- Strong knowledge on Indonesia health system at all levels and experience working around it.
- Strong knowledge of key relevant stakeholders in the area of MNCH and possessing good network.
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training preferred.
- Ability to design, analyse, and be strategic in the implementation of project activities.
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills, including report writing and dissemination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines on competing priorities.
- Written and spoken fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferable)
- Ability to travel in districts and province
