Quality Manager Arabica (Medan)

1. Communicating & build relationship with suppliers to review local prices and FOB offers.
2. Support the trader on the buying and contracting side of the business.
3. Analyze the coffee flows and their dynamics.
4. Work together with our Research team in improving the assessment of the Indonesia arabica crop, size and quality.
5. Follow-up PSS approvals between exporters and internal offices (Wilton, Geneva, Singapore, Shanghai).
6. Managing the link of our purchase contracts and our logistics team to ensure a smooth execution of contracts.
7. Properly analyze the quality of defect count and cup profile.
8. Organize quality calibration exercises depending on customers' needs.
9. Stock checks of suppliers' factories.
10. Supervise loading of cargoes when necessary.
11. Collect documents if needed to speed up process when the transit time is short.
12. Engage with our sustainability team and collaborate with suppliers to properly map the farmers as part of the supply chain.

- Experienced in Arabica Coffee Quality for 5-7 years
