Quality Supervisor

Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Key Responsibilities**- Leading and coordinating OSM Quality team- Employee qualification and development- Continues Improvement of Magna internal and Customer KPI's- Supports MQS/MAFACT integration- Coordination of initial sample and PPAP submission to customer- Supports continues improvement activities (VA/VE, Six Sigma..)- Performs internal audit activities (VDA6.3, System Audits IATF 16949)- Preparation of Cost of quality report- Leading / Coordinating APQP activities for new projects- Leading Customer audits- Reporting to Quality Manager**Key Qualifications / Requirements**- Technical education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Management- Experience in leadership and motivation- Knowledge about automotive Core Tools (8D, FMEA, SPC...)- Knowledge about problem solving and moderation technics- Independent working- Flexible, strong in implementation, capable of working in a team- Analytical and comprehensive thinking and action skills- Capable of conflict resolution- Resilient, Result-oriented and Team oriented
