**1. Primary Job Function**
Support the management Quality System function specifically for training compliance & product quality review creation, and Halal Assurance System (HAS) that influencing product quality
**2. Core Job Responsibilities**
Handling of Product Quality Review (PQR)
- Maintain schedule for completion of Product Quality Review (PQR)
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to collect all required information and data for Product Quality Review (PQR)
- Initiate PQR report and ensure report of PQR on time as per defined schedule
- Ensure all required action plan from PQR is implemented on time using appropriate tools for tracking
Handling of Training Program
- Acting as QA Training Coordinator
- Maintain the Training Schedule and Training Metric in monthly basis
- Coordinate the training completion together with Defined Training Coordinator from other department for all employee through ISOTrain system, including reconciliation
- Coordinate training plan/matrix preparation and update (module update)
- Ensure personnel in ISOTrain system is updated specifically for Quality System, QA Operation, Doc Control and Plant, including Training Plan initiation for new employee/new assignment
- Adding new personnel and update status of personnel across Cimanggis site
Maintain Corporate Policy & GMP requirement to ensure the implementation at the site level, including Halal Policy

- Monitor the changes to be updated in Cerol System (as necessary)
- Act as personnel who has privilege to print the Controlled Copy document for documents available in DARIUS across QS department
People Management
- Improve communication channels to all personnel in another department in Cimanggis Plant.
- Effectively implement and follow up on performance excellent
