Job Description Lead The Quantity Surveying And Cost Management Efforts Throughout The Data Center Project Lifecycle, From Inception To Completion.Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates, Budgets, And Financial Reports In Collaboration With Project Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders.Evaluate And Analyze Project Requirements, Specifications, And Drawings To Accurately Determine Quantities And Costs Of Materials, Labor, And Equipment.Collaborate With Procurement Teams To Source And Evaluate Suppliers And Subcontractors, Ensuring Competitive Pricing While Maintaining Quality Standards.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.At least 7 years experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the construction or data center industry.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and relevant regulations.Proficiency in cost estimation software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
