Quantity Surveyor Associate Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Estimate and forecast project costs based on market prices and layouts.- Track changes to design and construction, adjusting budget projections accordingly.- Optimize costs by selecting quality construction materials at the best prices.- Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.- Procure or negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.- Present price comparisons to the Board of Directors for approval.- Create purchase orders, award letters, and other procurement-related documents.- Write reports comparing CAPEX and actual costs, tracking POs and payments.- Provide financial insights and collaborate with the Finance Team for accurate closing of CAPEX account**Requirements**:- Bachelor/ Master Degree holder any major- At least 3-4 years working experience in same position- Experienced in retail industries is a must, experienced in F&B retail project will be an advantages- Fluent communication & coordination in English especially coordination with Principals, Landlord, etc.- Able to meet deadlines and work in a team
