Quantity Surveyor Associate Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Estimate and forecast project costs based on market prices and layouts.
- Track changes to design and construction, adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Optimize costs by selecting quality construction materials at the best prices.
- Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Procure or negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Present price comparisons to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Create purchase orders, award letters, and other procurement-related documents.
- Write reports comparing CAPEX and actual costs, tracking POs and payments.
- Provide financial insights and collaborate with the Finance Team for accurate closing of CAPEX account

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree holder any major
- At least 3-4 years working experience in same position
- Experienced in retail industries is a must, experienced in F&B retail project will be an advantages
- Fluent communication & coordination in English especially coordination with Principals, Landlord, etc.
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a team
