Quantity Surveyor (Estimator)

Able to calculate and prepare budgets for infrastructure projects (Roads, Bridges, Piers, and Dams)
- Can create Unit Price Analysis (AHS) and determine the heavy equipment requirements
- Proficient in operating Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and Scheduling Software (Ms Project or Primavera)
- Male
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Method Engineer (Infrastructure)
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (from a reputable university)
- Willing to be relocated to projects across Indonesia
- Having certification (SKK) in road and bridge construction is a plus
- Highly interested in the construction industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good personality with initiative and innovation
