**Job Description**:

- Review, calculate and estimate the design drawing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing from consultant/developer team
- Review the tender drawing MEP at the tender phase
- Review and check the QS Consultant Estimation Cost
- review shop drawing & Monthly progress MEP in construction phase.
- Review and check the variation order MEP in construction phase
- Prepare the study estimation cost for new possibilities new projects
- Coordination with other disciplines (Structure & Architect)

Requirement:

- Gender : Female and Male
- Age : Max 33 years old
- Education : S1 - electrical or mechanical engineer
- Experience in reputable MEP on high rise building more prefer or main contractor
- Experience in reputable design consultant / developer more preferable
- Able to work with AutoCAD, QS Program Calculation will be advantage
- Work experience 2-5 years in MEP (High rise building experience is a must)

Pay: Up to Rp10,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bekasi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor on High rise building: 3 years (required)
- MEP Engineer on high rise building: 3 years (required)
