Quartermaster (Remote Materials Coordinator)

In this Quartermaster role, you will work closely with the admin team and one or more in-person materials team. As Quartermaster, you will be the day-to-day logistics coordinator for materials and inventory. You will be responsible for fulfilling materials orders for hands-on STEM project program across NYC:
**Tasks**:

- Coordinate materials sorting, packing, and deliveries with in-person team
- Maintain accurate records of inventory
- Develop and improve materials SOP
- Continuously update admin team of the materials fulfillment status

This is a part-time position at 5-10 hours per week and could expand if you are able to take on other admin duties. You must also be available for 1 or 2 weekly meetings during EST hours to coordinate with our in-person materials person in NYC.

Pay rate: $5/hour
