**YOUR TASKS**

Handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries from multiple channels in an accurate, professional and timely matter.
Provide high customer quality standards and, enable effective accounts receivable collection.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Resolve incoming billing and receivable queries from customers and maintain consistent and high quality service standard
- Work closely with Billing Team and Credit Control & Collection Team as well as cross functional teams to ensure proper handling of queries
- Manage customer escalation and complaints and take charge of resolution
- Perform root cause analysis on repetitive billing errors and ensure structural resolution
- Provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards, including make outbound calls to customers for opinions on service improvement
- Promptly and accurately log queries in ERP system
- Actively promote self-service functionalities and ensure customer query is addressed structurally

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or other degree with relevant experience.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in handling customers' enquiries
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good telephone conversation/handling skills
- Good communication and conversational skills
- Call center experience > 1 year would be an advantage
- High customer focus and service orientation
