R2R (Record To Report) Supervisor

Founded in 2010, it now has more than 100 million users with various physical and virtual products, including small kiosks and the e-commerce platform.**What does the day-to-day look like?**- Handle finance reporting function- Responsible for monthly finance closing and reporting- Financial analysis including fluctuations- Assist finance operational and ad-hoc tasks- Manage subordinate and team**What does amazing look like?**- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance/accounting- Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting & finance- Ex-Big 4 are preferred but not mandatory- Knowledge in IFRS is essential- Have experience in financial reporting- Have a good analytical ability, business acumen and financial analysis capability- Able to work in a team- Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines- Willing to learn and work hard- Good communication and relationship skills**Bukalapak is an equal opportunity employer **.
