Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the trial of a product both products exist or makloan products.
- Responsible for product stability, both trial results and the initial 3 batches of production.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the room and tools in the laboratory.
- Responsible for the availability of raw materials, reactions substance and packaging materials needed for the trial process.
- Responsible for checking a material for substitution from trial to stability results and reporting to purchasing department.
- Responsible for the scale up production process.
- Make a substitution report and report on the stability of a product.
- Helps compile, manage and evaluate the Halal Guarantee System related to raw materials with the Halal Management Team.
- Helping to carry out the actions needed in implementing SJH including corrective actions for errors or rejection of material received, in accordance with the rules established by LPPOM MUI with the Halal Management Team.
- Helps compile and implement written procedures in critical activities to produce halal products consistently, especially related to raw materials with the Halal Management Team.
- Helping to make a report on the Halal Assurance System Implementation for Management and LPPOM MUI every 6 months regarding the supervision and implementation of the availability of halal raw materials with the Halal Management Team.
- Understand the hygiene personnel requirements set by the company.
Qualification:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Pharmacist.
- Must have 1 years minimum experience in Cosmetic Formulation including Skincare and Decorative.
- Able to adapt to the manufacturing work environment.
- Good communication skill in English both oral or written.
- Good adaptability to rapid changes.
- Willing to work in Tangerang, Kosambi.
