R&D Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)

More than 5 years working experience in Aluminum furniture industry is preferred

We are now seeking a position as a Research and Development Manager for Aluminum and Outdoor based Furniture Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

- Key technical interface with customer during the entire product life cycle from quotation, project transfer, NPI and mass production;
- Take lead to resolve technical issues and perform failure analysis during NPI and at Mass Productions
- Responsible for all engineering documents, including BOM, Cutting list, ECN, part drawing, first article evaluation report, etc.;
- Support Purchasing Department and Quality Assurance Team for supplier selection;
- Provide training and support to the team members.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as require

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- More than 5 years working experience in Aluminum furniture industry is preferred
- Solid experience in mechanical drawings, Solid work, CAD is Must
- **Position is required to station in Surabaya, Indonesia.**
